Best Artichoke Dip in Town

With the Academy Awards coming up, we wanted to share an appetizer recipe that is sure to be a fan-favorite - Artichoke Dip. It’s so decadent and tastes great on toasted bread points, tortilla chips (Have'a Corn Chips are a favorite!) and crackers. But, not all recipes are alike! As a self proclaimed expert, here is the recipe Leslie has adapted to make the Best Artichoke Dip in Town.

Ingredients:

1 cup Mayonnaise

1/2 Cup Parmesan Cheese

1/2 Bag of Frozen Artichokes - chopped

4 oz Cream Cheese - softened

Garlic Powder to taste

Dash of Tabasco Sauce

Directions

1. Combine all ingredients, adding the artichokes last. 

2. Transfer to an oven proof ceramic container (Leslie uses a soufflé container) 

3. Bake at 375 degrees for approx. 20-25 minutes or until bubbly and top is lightly brown.
